Many rentals up here do not have A/C, but due to the unusually high humidity this weekend, we were definitely glad this one did. Simply loved everything about this rental. 'Condo was very nice, and very clean. Our only issue was that we arrived after dark, and the stairs going down to entrance were rather dark. The check-in was a little confusing. The guest services referenced in check-in instructions is actually 1.5miles away from the property. That took us a little while to figure out, and we had zero cellular service with Verizon, in that area. So I had to just drive and find somewhere to stop and ask about it.
