The experience is not the same as booking directly with Palms, as these are privately owned residences and are not maintained to the same standards as Palms-owned rooms. Many services that are typically expected from a hotel stay come with additional fees. For example, clean towels cost extra, my room was never serviced during my stay, and I was told it would be a cost just to have the bed made. The room itself also showed signs of poor upkeep....

'Mooie grote kamer met keukengedeelte . Kon netter . De tafel plakte en gaf een vies gevoel . De kasten waren niet perfect gepoetst.Zelf uitgekuisd . Kruimels op het tapijt . Zeer warm als de airco niet ging . Ook een onfrisse geur op de kamer . De kamer is aan vernieuwing toe. Maakt deel uit van een zeer groot hotel (MGM) . Je kan van het ene naar hotel . Ligging prima dicht bij de strip '

'The suite was fantastic! It was well-appointed, very spacious, clean, and perfect in every way! However, the location is not a “strip view” spot, as it overlooks various buildings and parking lots on the edge of downtown. We took an Uber each time to get to the Strip—about a 10-minute ride.'

'Pros: Very clean. Easy location for in and out! Just pay for the parking, then it's right outside the door! Cons: Bed left something to be desired, of course everyone has their own types! Can be a little noisy, if you're not used to it, right beside So Virginia! Were there for 5 days, and the hot tub was never operational during our stay.😔'

'Apartment suite. Nicely laid out. Bedroom can be made private from kitchen, living room, and restroom. Staff - very nice & helpful. Only amenities in room - bathroom items and enough coffee for one pot. But overall very nice.'
