'Cozy, comfortable, well equipped studio room in quiet neighborhood conveniently located to Nevada City and Grass Valley. Very friendly and accommodating hosts. Close to hiking trails, Yuba River, and the bustling and quaint Nevada City. '

'The studio was clean and comfy. There is lake front access with two docks to fish from or swim from. Boat,kyak rentals right next door. I would recommend it. Studio is big enough for two adults and one child. Anyone else would be too much.'

'We stayed for two nights while we were visting parents in lake of the pines. It was very convenient. Host provided all items needed and some snacks and waters!!!! We would stay again on short visits to see family.'

'We left early. No hot water in bathroom. No tv. Insects in every room, spiders, mosquitos, millipedes, beetles, cobwebs in all the windows and musty air throughout. Bugs dead in non-working jacuzzi. Paint cans in garbage bags and rugs piled behind property. This place is not as advertised and needs to be cleaned up.'

'The studio was fine… smaller than we thought and the building as a whole was pretty dated, but the studio seemed updated. Location wasn’t bad, close enough drive to town, but away from the crowds. Walls are paper thin, so you hear everything going on around you in all the other units. It worked for what we needed, but will look elsewhere next time.'

'Cute and cozy property, perfect for my sister and I. It was close to the highways, a decent price, stayed cool during very hot weather, also very quiet. I was surprised at the size of the tiny kitchen but it had everything we needed. I wasn't expecting to walk through the front door into a bedroom but it worked out fine. We would stay again. '

'Situated in Butney Springs, this was a great place to stay while I visited family. The property owners were very nice and friendly. The property grounds were being improved, with good progress made while I was there. There was no stress, plenty of space to sit outside and relax to listen to birds sing.
