Vind je ideale hotel in New Berlinville

'Everything was fine except we were not able to log into the WiFi for the television. We called the front desk and Help Desk and still no success. We wanted to sign onto our Netflix account but the Wifi password didn't work. (Although no issues getting to the hotel's wifi on our phones.)'

'Everything went smoothly, check in was quick, staff were friendly and wanted to go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcome. Room was spotlessly clean and huge. Would definitely stay here again.'

'We were so pleasantly surprised with this resort. We came for the night with our two toddlers and it was such a beautiful and peaceful place. They utilized the playground, swimming pools, and Cafe. It is a bit remote, but the resort has plenty of amenities to keep occupied. I am looking to stay in the winter and utilize their slopes! Thank you for a wonderful and peaceful experience!'

'This is a lovely, welcoming hotel with a great location. There is a fantastic Italian restaurant on the bottom floor. Admittedly, there is an issue with parking. If you arrive early, you can score one of the 7 spaces. There is a pay lot beside the hotel and another that accepts donations for parking just down the street. The staff work hard to help you locate parking. When I checked in they gave me a paper with all of my parking options. I had read reviews, arrived early, ate at the on site...

'Room was pretty clean. We could not request extra towels, pillows, or blankets. Not having an ice machine was a little odd too. Beds were alright. For the price it was good. '

Never offered to replenish coffe, towels,etc. Except for the desk personal everyone’s else seemed to be sitting around not doing anything when there was lots to do. Beds were great!'

Everyting was good but: Although the building was very new there were already things broken, the shower taps were loose from the wall and other things already started to deteriorate. I am afraid that in a year the maintenance will not be enough to keep customers satisfied.'
