'The property is as described in the listing. It was quieter than we expected with a restaurant on the first floor and the occasional Amtrak train going by. The loft is bathed in beautiful natural light and we had a great view of the street and train depot. We appreciated the delicious local coffee that is on offer. A couple of observations. 'Stayed here for 3 nights while attending events at LCA with my husband and son. The neighborhood seems to be under revitalization, which is exciting to see - the more I visit Detroit the more I fall in love with the city. The loft is right across the street from the brand new Centennial Park, my son loved playing basketball on the NBA size court. Neighborhood and neighbors were pretty quiet and friendly.
