'The river is beautiful. The deck seating is set up in such a way that it is easy to just relax. One of the best features is the awning that gives wonderful shade as you watch canoers go by or just enjoy the view. Another real advantage with the property is how easy it is to get information that you may need. "Can you tell me where there is a pitcher?" Got an answer back right away. And it was right where they said it would be. I hated to leave and hope to be back. I highly recommend this home.'

'The house was great for my family get together, 3 adults and 5 kids ages 4-8. Kids loved the game room and outdoor space. Kitchen was well equipped and lots of storage space for our supplies. Plenty of bathrooms and beds for our partcular needs. Great location that is convenient to many activities. '

'My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our 4-night stay (with our two dogs)! Perfect location; close to Bryce Resort for downhill mountain biking (or skiing in the winter) and lots of hiking trails in the area. House was clean and so was the hot tub. Saw lots of wildlife during our stay. No issue with hot water in the shower like a previous review mentioned. Host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond if we had any questions. Would definitely stay again when visiting the area! '
