'Stay was good, but property could sure use a deep cleaning. Carpets were especially dirty. We weren’t sure where to park our sprinter rv. Property manager never responded to our question. Nice location, but condo condition detracted from our stay. '

'Overall a great experience, had a small issue with the water heater however a quck text and a immediate reply the issue was resolved quickly.You can hear the above tenants walking around but it wasnt an issue during bed time hours.The bunk beds were a huge hit with my kids and the beds themselves were heavenly, slept like a baby. I was worried being 6'2" that the twin size beds were going to have me cramped but there was ample room.Only thing i can say that would make it perfect is if it had a...

'The resort was absolutely amazing. The amenities we had access to were incredible. The property itself was also great with stunning views. The property could have used some light upkeep and updates. We found the master bed very uncomfortable, however, the other beds were comfortable. '

'This place was well equipped. Quiet and comfy for great family time. Would love to have kitchen wash clothes or scrubbing sponge. TV channels didn’t match up w the Innsbrook channel guide, but figured out the XBox w streaming platforms. All in all, would rent again. Close to beach and boat docks.'

'Overall the place was nice and functional, but not super updated. When checking in at the gate, they were unable to find the reservation and guest info, but found it after a while. The deck and outdoor space was great and the overall location of the condo was close to the water, quiet, and easy to find. Folding beach chairs, toys, and tubes were included which was a nice surprise. '

'Great, but the toilets need attention. Had to have a broken one fixed. Not enough coffee mugs and they were rusty and dirty. But the staff was very friendly and responsive. We enjoyed the stay though we had to leave a day early bc of the snow storm. '
