Great reception staff that provided good guidance. Great location to discover city on foot or the subway.
Room interesting look. Lacked a bedside table. A ceiling water leakage was repaired but one can still see there was something fixed (needs finishing touch). Room lacked a safe. Bathroom door got stuck sometimes. Bathroom has everything you need, a bit small, water is only on or off and temperature (can't control amount of water). Good bed & good air conditioning which you can control yourself.
Have a look at the tv channels, a lot did not have a clear image and sound. So when we wanted some background sound we just turned to comedy channel.
We were able to open the window but closing it is difficult. We reported a non-working room phone on our last day, not sure if ultimately it got fixed after we checked out.
Bellman of the hotel is good, he stored our luggage safely when we arrived in the early morning and hailed a cab on our request when leaving.
Breakfast is interesting. Very american for us european. It lacked something like a savory bread topping to make a sandwhich. Muffins are all over sweet. Nice that staff offered to make a waffle on request. Must say breakfast was okay, was able to make something out of it and it was sufficient.
Lift is an interesting situation. Just 2 for the 32 floors (and 6 rooms per floor). Reviews are correct, sometimes in morning you might have to wait a bit (was prepared for long wait but did not occur).
