There is a shared laundry room in the building. Communal roof deck and lounge is a great place to take in the views, grill, and relax. The neighbors are friendly and quiet (I never hear them from the apartment - kindly return the courtesy).
Note - the apartment has quite a few houseplants. They are pretty easy to take care of with once a week waterings - and a spritz of water in the middle of the week will keep them perky. It's necessary that you would want to try your best to keep them going.

Enjoy LIC's art galleries, super relaxing waterfront parks, and top notch bars, Breweries, restaurants! Nearby Astoria also offers a whole world of eateries and different vibes to explore. Nearby favorites: Cocktails - Dutch Kills, Noodles - Xi'an Famous Foods, Coffee - Partners Coffee, Breweries - ICONY. LIC CultureLab offers free outdoor live music every weekend. This is really one of the best locations for easy access to the rest of the city. Queens Plaza has tons of Subway lines: E,M,R,N,W, M & 7 - and the F & G are also not a far walk. There are 2 ferry stops servicing LIC along the waterfront and a flurry of bus options. But my favorite means of getting around is biking, and the building is conveniently located on a bike path at the base of the Queensboro Bridge and also connects to routes through LIC, Greenpoint/Williamsburg, Astoria, and the rest of the city.
