'We stayed at this lovely apartment for pumpkinfest, and had a great time! It somehow managed to be a private peaceful sanctuary while located only steps from all the fun! It was the perfect size for my family with two small kids, and the designated parking space was greatly appreciated on a very busy weekend. Comfy, cozy beds and linens made it a nice place to rest our heads at the end of each busy day. My kids are already begging to come back next fall!'

There is no other place like it, where we are surrounded by beautiful views from every direction, and where we are rocked to sleep every night by the peaceful waves of the Damariscotta River. 'I spent a rainy weekend at the ‘Chic Studio Cabin in Boothbay Harbor’ for a personal meditation retreat, and it was exactly what I needed. Even with the rain, the cabin was warm and cozy thanks to the propane fireplace. I loved soaking in the beautiful claw-foot tub while listening to the rain—it was so relaxing.The views of the water were peaceful, and I really enjoyed watching the nesting ospreys nearby. The space was so comfortable and calming, I didn’t want to leave. I’m already looking...

The location can’t be beat, the house has everything you need to include comfy beds and nice linens, plenty of places to enjoy the company of others or enjoy some solitude. It really is a gem.
