'The place was clean on entry. Everything in the home was in good working order. All lights, TVs, etc worked well. Cooking in the kitchen was a joy with everything I needed to cook breakfast and heat up basic dinners. The beds were comfortable and the towels were soft. Doug was a great and responsive host. 'The house was perfect for three (3) couples. Plenty of room for all throughout the house. Conveniently located to the downtown Sunapee area. Looking forward to coming back to try the Sunapee Lake cruises (we were there before these were running).Great views of the sparkling blue water of the lake. 'To start, I want to say that the house is absolutely beautiful and in a great location. We really enjoyed the fire pit in the backyard and cozying up by the living room fireplace. The bedrooms are a perfect size, and all of the beds, linens, and towels were comfortable and clean.When we arrived, however, the kitchen and hallway bathroom had a significant number of ants and ladybugs. We spent a good portion of our first day spraying, setting traps, and cleaning in order to make the space...
