⚠️ Guests will be asked to leave without a refund and liable for a $1,000 fine for excessive noise, loud music after 9:00 PM, neighbourhood disturbances, police attendance, unauthorised gatherings, party, events or functions at the property.
👀 We live nearby and regularly monitor the property. Appropriate action will be taken against any unauthorised gatherings.

Please turn off all lights, appliances, air conditioning and heating when leaving the house except refrigerator should remain switched on.

🗑️ Sunday Night Stays
If you are staying on Sunday evening, please place the large garbage bins on the street, as the neighbours do, for collection early Monday morning.
