'We never received confirmation, payment details or check-in instructions from Stayz or this agent. I had to call multiple times (and be put on hold) before they finally sent through text messages. They also never reply to their messages on Stayz, so every time you have a question you have to call and wait to be put on hold. I never even received the unit number of the accommodation. 'This property was so spacious and clean. The kitchen was great and 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms was a treat. We were very happy with our stay. Maybe a floor mat in the lounge room would be good for small children and the exhaust fan in the ensuite doesn’t work well. It is very wet in there. Otherwise a great place which we would stay at again.'

'Our stay at the Lake House was simply perfect. Extremely clean very comfortable beds well appointed kitchen and incredible service from the booking agent. We had an Internet issue due to a region wide outage and the booking agent sent someone over to fix it as I was working while on holidays.
