Prime House - near Newcastle City Centre & Stadium

Welcome to Prime House. Our house offers free parking, 2 large bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen, and 1 bathroom, beautifully renovated in a prime location for quick access to Newcastle City Centre. Prime House is only 10 minutes' walk to St James' Park and 20 minutes' walk or a short bus ride to the City Centre. The house is 2 miles from Newcastle Train Station. Towels and toiletries provided.

Contractors and long stays are welcome.

The space
Prime House offers a cosy living room as well as a spacious kitchen-diner. The first bedroom has 2 single beds that can be linked to form a superking while the second bedroom has a double bed plus a single bed. The house is in a residential area and within walking distance of supermarkets such as Iceland and Asda.
Free parking in the communal parking lot and high speed WiFi through-out.
Guest access
The entire house is available for guest use.
Other things to note
Prime House provides short-term rental accommodation for guests such as contractors, professionals, small groups and families. The home is ideal for groups, working professionals, contractors and families visiting the North-east.

Please note:
Booking party must be aged 21+, and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay.
No one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the property without their parent or legal guardian unless previously agreed.
Prime House can sleep a maximum of 5 guests and unauthorised guests are not allowed in the house.
As the house is in a residential area, no events or parties are allowed.
