'Excellent place run by a kind family. Very nice budget option. Great location in the old quarter.'

'I initially booked a smaller room late at night, and the host was very accommodating in upgrading me to a larger suite with a huge window and beautiful view, which I truly appreciated. She communicated consistently and efficiently throughout my stay and was very kind. The location is very central and convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions and restaurants. Overall, I was thankful for the host’s responsiveness and hospitality.'

'The host was very nice and the space was large. It was located in a quiet neighborhood in Hanoi.'

'Staff are really friendly and willing to assist with bags. There is no elevator access but they use a very neat bag lift to bring the bags up to the floor, this lift can support standard suite cases. Rooms are clean and have cooling, bathroom are wet room style with toilet paper needing to be disposed of using the provided bins Overall the price and the friendly staff made this a very enjoyable experience.'
