'I love the lake view from my room on the 4th floor, it was very spacious and I also like the fact that they offer purified drinking water in the glass bottles and refillable all you want, this is to reduce the consumption of plastic bottles.
The staffs are very nice and polite.

"J'ai séjourné 2 nuits dans cet hôtel début avril avec un ami. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le personnel était extrêmement amical et toujours prêt à aider. L'hôtel est bien situé dans le Vieux Quartier, à environ 10 minutes du lac. Le personnel de la réception a organisé une excursion pour nous au Pagode de l'Encens. L'hôtel est assez moderne et très bien entretenu. Je reviendrai ici lors de mon retour à Hanoi !!"
