We stayed in room 110 which was the handicapped access and everything was brand new :the air conditioning, the new mattress. The bathroom was large and well appointed and clean..the towels were big white and fluffy. this room was half the price of many of the other rooms last night in the city of Buffalo and we were very very pleased with our choice. We left early to get on the road, so we did not stay for...

'We smelled marihuana in the room. At first the reception employee and manager wouldn't give us another room even though we have 3 kids. Only if we would pay 300 dollar per night extra. Concierge was a great guy. Eventually they offered us a clean room without extra cost.'
