Run down!
We booked the jacuzzi room! Apon arival We walked into the room which was uncomfortably warm and the AC didnt work! It tried to kick in every 30 seconds or so which kept us up all night when we complained they already knew but didn't seem to care! We won't go back!

A Night Away
The room across the hall was quite loud but they did time it down around 1030. Other than that it stay was exemplary. Thank you.

Show up after speaking to the hotel 3 separate times that day to find a hotel that is closed. No one bothered to call me to tell me this. No one apologized. What I was told was that I got "an upgrade". An upgrade to hide the fact that this closed hotel is being sold on Expedia and misrepresented. This is actually considered fraud. Spoke with 2 different Expedia agents who contacted the hotel. I received a $30 discount for being incoveinenced all weekend. They shipped us to a sister hotel which is km's away from our family. I would have never booked that hotel and would have cancelled my reservations if it wasn't for arriving at 8pm with kids who needed to go to bed. I will NEVER book here again and likely will not book through Expedia as they do not know if hotels are open or closed.

close enough to downtown but far enough to get away from the hustle and bustle. plus it was VERY affordable!! and i was pleasantly surprised to have the $15 parking fee waived since i have a disabled parking permit. the front desk staff was very accommodating by giving us a main floor room, since the elevator was not working when we arrived.

I thought it was cool that there was arcade downstairs also a shuttle bus service to restaurants and events. The property itself was well maintained and clean and the staff was very helpful and courteous I would definitely stay again.

It’s just okay
Overall our stay was okay. If you’re looking for someplace to lay your head for the night and not concerned with 5 star amenities, then it’s the perfect place to stay. The gentleman at the front desk was polite and explained in detail all that I would be charged for our stay.

The room was very nice. However, we would have like to have had a fridge and safe in the suite. We also found that we had to run the shower for about 5 minutes before the water began to warm up
