'This is a newer building and it was clean. The rooms were smaller than most hotels in this price range. The breakfast was light. Eggs, potatoes and a meat. Cereal, fruit and yogurt but no waffles. Coffee and tea is offered 24-7 but there is no coffee pot in the room. In the future I will probably stay at a different location.'

'Everything was decent however I left my hoodie in the hotel closet by accident and if the room is properly checked and cleaned then it should’ve been turned in by cleaning staff instead I was told they couldn’t find it which means someone took it so please be sure to grab all of your belongings otherwise you will likely not see them again! That was on me for leaving it however it should’ve been turned into lost and found!'

'Breakfast was somewhat basic; however, fresh and offered something for all (eggs, 2 types of sausage, breakfast taters, oatmeal and fixins, bagels, bread, muffins, cereal, apple and orange juice, coffee, and milk).'

'I thought sleep inns were a fairly nice hotel. This one was incredibly outdated and the bathroom gave me the ick. I coudve stayed somewhere much nicer for the same price. Won't stay here again. '

'Staff'

'Staff not helpful at all. I reserved a king room, when checking in I was told there were only kings on the second floor and would have to use the stairs. My husband has lung cancer and cannot climb the stairs. I was told we would have to take a double on the first floor, I asked if I would get a refund for the difference in prices and she stated no because there is a king available on the second floor. This motel is not accommodating to people with disabilities. Also the room was not very clean,...

'Had a horrible night where I did not feel safe. One incident in the parking lot where they arrested someone and a different incident with rowdy hotel guests that were so loud I got up and told them yo be quiet. After an hour I had to call front desk and complain. The comment I got was welcome to Thursday at the Belmont.'

'We had a lovely stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Smyrna. The only issue we had was with the pool. One of the reasons we stayed at the property was to give our grand-kids a place to swim in the evenings, however the hot tub was being repaired and the pool water was too cold for little ones to swim in. Staff indicated the water temp was due to work being done on the Hot tub.'
