'We booked a king, 1 bedroom suite, after checking in we found furniture had been ripped from the wall so they put us in a small room with 2 queen beds instead and no refund for the difference in room prices. In the second room the shower leaked heavily onto the bathroom floor. After a terrible nights sleep, we went to the hotel breakfast where they had plenty of knives, 4 spoons, and 2 forks in the entire hotel.
