They are all amazing at their job, with their kindness, attention to detail, and the pleasant atmosphere they help create. Of all the hotels I've stayed at, there are only 2 other hotels that come close. Easy 5/5 stars, and definitely a hotel I'd recommend. '

'(1) the reception was the most unwelcoming of all hotels I stayed at in Japan - they insist of having you "self-register" using a ciumbersome system, which then requires 2 rather unfriendly guys to "help" you with this - checkout is likewise (2) the rooms were the smallest I had in Japan: aproximately 17², with no room for opening your suitcase, nor a desk to write at (3) the hotel is located in a high rise building, but sadly on the lower floors - again teh worst I had in Japan (4) no bottle of...
