'We did not find adequate breakfast options (maybe for lack of looking really hard) but we did eat at the Copper Rock and Kankakee Grill and both were AMAZING and I would recommend to everyone. Rooms were nice sized, comfy beds and pillows, clean bathrooms. (Carpets need a deep cleaning, but that's what slippers are for I suppose?!?!) Would definitely stay here again..... :)'

'Beautiful newer hotel on gorgeous property. Staff was outstanding, and food was out of this world-quite surprised how wonderful it was. Downsides-no closet or area to hang clothes, walls not soundproof-could hear music from restaurant in room late at night and mattresses weren't great. '

'Hotel staff were great! Very friendly and helpful. The only thing I wasn’t pleased with was $18 breakfast buffet that was not worth the price. It’s the same food you get at hotels offering free breakfast. The hotel was clean, my overall experience was great! I would definitely stay there again '

'Upon arrival, we were surprised to find that we had a suite. It was nice to have a separate area from the bedroom to sit and watch TV. There was also a kitchenette, large frig with freezer and a microwave. We had a wonderful view of the park across the street and could watch the sunsets from our room. One complaint: There were only paper cups for warming beverages and the microwave seemed to burn the outside of the cups. Would also be helpful to have paper towels available for drying...
