'Amazing stay! Very easy to find, very easy to access the apartment, and very clean space. Check in process was very smooth and easy. Host is very quick to respond as well which I loved! Large enough space easily for 2 people. Host was very accommodating and friendly! Offer free parking for those who rent a car and just only a 3 minutes drive or 10 minute walk from Downtown Spokane. 'We needed a comfortable spot to meet up with family who we hadn’t seen in a while. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the accommodations. The host has given a lot of thought and attention to the details that make you feel like you’re at home, rather than at a hotel. Homemade muffins await you. Full kitchen with condiments, coffee, tea, milk, butter for your use. It’s truly spotless, spacious, and comfy. Private backyard that feels like a zen garden. 'This was a truly comfortable, clean and cozy apartment. The location is ideal with great South Hill shops and restaurants nearby and easy access to downtown Spokane. The hosts were great and I would definitely stay here again.'

"Goede locatie met nette schone kamers. Makkelijk parkeren en goed bereikbaar. Ontbijt is ok, gratis koekjes en s’avonds nog een lekker zakje popcorn van het huis. "

Good stay but a daily Amenity Fee??

"Nice hotel. Comfortable bed and good rooms. For this price point I would expect breakfast to be included but instead there are hidden costs like a parking fee and an 'Amenity Fee'. The latter is really hidden and compulsory. For a whopping $20/day one gets things that should be included for free, like a bottle of water and coffee in the room. Also access to the swimming pool and wellness are included but if you're not going to use them the hotel still expects you to pay for it. Very unfair and imho just a way to make more money off its customers. Too bad as it's a nice hotel near Riverfront park and the center of the city but I will not be staying there anymore until they get rid of this crazy 'Amenity Fee'! "
