'They have bed bugs!!!!! When first arriving everything seemed swell. They charged an additional $45 per day which was not mentioned on Expedia. They advertised a balcony room but never had any available. We did not get a balcony room. They claimed we have room service but I had to go pick up my food. They had a snack bar that was not free. They charged 10 for a small pack of gummy bears & cookies. They gave a $25 daily credit for the snack bar but they took my entire $300 deposit. I’ll be...

'Room was a bit too small for 3 persons. Only two towels (also at refresh). Had to ask for an extra towel every day.'

'In a world where you can buy anything you want, this hotel just makes me happy. It's old style feel like your back in time. The slow elevator doesn't matter because they just have a few floors and a few rooms. The team is always nice and even that breakfast is small, it's everything I need. I hope this hotel stays as it is.. please no new, glass hotel... just pure, simple and nice.'
