'Having the restaurant downstairs is terrific. The rooms are a little dark. Rooms are huge. Bathtub situation is over the top- huge soaking tubs. Bed is super comfortable. Loved my stay. Arrived with a 911 technology emergency and the staff handled everything. Great location for high line and galleries on 23rd. '

We enjoyed every restaurant and mostly the beautiful terrace and view. The only disadvantage was the larking at 120$ per 24h with 120$ everytime we need the take the car when it’s unlimited access in other luxurious hotels we’ve been. We were lucky though to find free parking right there for 3 days. '

Je kan de gehele dag koffie, frisdrank, fruit, muesli repen en zakjes chips pakken (dus geen wijn of bier). Het ontbijt is eenvoudig, maar van goede kwaliteit. Goede koffie, kwark, croissantjes en wat zoetigheid. Prettig publiek in het hotel. Een dikke tien voor degene die dit concept heeft bedacht. We hebben ervan genoten.'

'The hotel thrives on the staff, especially the reception and surroundings and housekeeping! Breakfast could do better, but nevertheless okay. Rooms are (too) small, dark and horribly outdated. The neighbourhood is dirty and not very attractive though close enough to the more popular areas in downtown. In short I would not recommend this hotel until renovated (not only the rooms but also the lounge area and restaurant).'

'The hotel was phenomenal! We were greeting so warmly on arrival and given great dining and neighborhood tips by Ben- who was wonderful. The rooms were beautiful and all aspects of the hotel and dining/ bar spaces were gorgeous and full of character. We enjoyed The Portrait Bar a couple of times and had such fun. We also had breakfast in the restaurant and a spectacular dinner at Cafe Carmellini. I wish I could remember our server’s name because she was top notch.

The older rooms are a bit outdated but still very clean! The renovated rooms are absolutely perfect and the suites are HUGE!
The fact that they don’t serve breakfast is not an issue whatsoever as there are many breakfast options across, next or within 1min walking distance.
The street is carfree but it is still Broadway, you can’t really expect a soundproof room. It didnt bother...

"The Leo House is a guesthouse in the middle of Manhattan (10 minutes away from the high line). The metro and busses are 100 meter away so it is very easy for exploring everything in Manhattan. Breakfast is great, with waffels, toast, yoghurt and fresh fruit. The rooms are a bit old fashion but everything is clean and Wifi works fantastic. "

"I had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel. The room had a wooden lattice ceiling, which meant I could hear everything from the neighboring room—including my neighbor snoring all night. It was extremely noisy and lacked privacy.
There was only one women’s toilet for the entire floor.
The room was also extremely cold. The only blanket provided was thin, and there was no proper duvet. I spent the entire night freezing. To make matters worse, the emergency door/window was left open."
