'Hotel was clean and staff were very friendly! I appreciated that the hotel is locked at night to prevent any unwanted visitors from entering. The only downside we encountered was breakfast doesn’t start until 7am on the weekends! Being from a different time zone, we were up early and had places to be! However, the breakfast was good on the days we did eat! For the price, I was very impressed with how clean, well maintained, and updated everything was! Would stay again if we’re back in the area!'

'It’s a beautiful location with one of a kind views. Large and nicely appointed rooms. A/C/heater, fridge and several power outlets did not work. Even after informing the front-desk, these issues were not taken care of. Staff and front-desk manager seem not to care. Because of the great location we nevertheless extended our stay by one night and were told to come back later in the afternoon as we would move to the room above. We were totally fine with this. 'Our host, Brandon, was friendly and helpful. He noted that because we booked through Expedia, he did not receive our personal information in order to contact us, so he was glad to have caught us upon arrival. The Indian Paintbrush room was lovely. Beds were comfy, hot tub was relaxing, small bathroom but large shower area. The breakfast was yummy! The B&B is steps away from the main drag of Old Colorado City, so there is a lot of shopping and restaurants nearby. We would definitely recommend...
