'The hot tub wasnt in service, the breakfast made it seem it was made to order up to 2 guests but it was already pre made burritos or sandwich but you could do a made to order option for extra which was not specific in the description. You can only get room service for cleaning if you stay more than 7 nights and it costs extra if you stay less than 7 nights. 'Neighborhood was not as expected. Proximity to The Globe and their delicious bbq was unbelievable. Steps from the cottage. However, walking to the stock show (only 1 mile) took us through a disadvantaged neighborhood with lots of unhoused people. No issues but there were some uncomfortable moments. Cottage is tiny as advertised but clean and adequate. Overall a positive experience. '

'the room is clean, and staff is nice. Roof view is great. However: 1. First of all, the first picture of this hotel has nothing to do with the hotel, it's false advertisement. 2. I book through expedia, but hotel said they didn't get money. I contact customer support many times; they asked me to talk to hotel, hotel asked me to talk with whoever I book the hotel. It's so bad. 3. There is a service charge and host charge. I have no idea what's that.'

'The space was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked with towels, soaps, etc. The host was very responsive through email. The only criticism I have is there was no mention of the quite steep staircase to climb in order to gain entrance. Being a senior, although fit, I needed help from my son to get my carryon size suitcase up and down the stairs. I think that should be mentioned in the VRBO posting.'
