'Had pleasant stay at Montcler hotel, our first impress as we walked into grand lobby was "WOW" lobby was recently renovated with coffee service with lodge feel. Rooms are ecofriendly, well maintained upscale feel. Staff was welcoming, quick check-in and great stay. We will comeback for our corporate stay. Nice amenities, good functional gym, newer televisions and excellent stay.'

'Communication was a problem. When checking in the clerk gave us a key to a room and we opened the door and it was already occupied. Next, he gave us a key for a room on the second floor with 2 queen beds and no working fridge (also, the beds were made up with the sheet on the outside of the bed on top of the blanket, with no spread on top stranger.) 'Rooms was full of musty smell.. hard to sleep in'

'Lady nice checking us in but our credit card won’t work and needed a PIN number. A sheet of glass between us so used cash in the end. Very run down and old compared to others we had seen in our travels. Booked later at night and won’t do that again. Non smoking room but you could smell from years of smoke '

'We did not stay. I said we had reservation and booked online and he said they don't do reservations. I showed him my confirmation and he said again we don't do any online checkin. Was hard to understand so we left and had to drive another 1 1/2 hour to find a hotel. I'm very upset that we didn't this money so I want refund. '

'There was a damp smell in the room that was covered up by some kind of fragrance that was not pleasant. The towels felt like sandpaper on my skin. We only slept there for one night, as we were visiting friends in town, but I would not stay there for more than one night. I would not recommend this, unless you are restricted to staying in the area.'
