'Prachtig complex in zeer goede staat. Ik heb bijzonder genoten van het heerlijke terras aan een prachtige, ruim aangelegde achtertuin. De kamer was zeer ruim. De gashaard op de kamer komt mij over als geheel overbodig, maar misschien is dat in de winter anders. Het stadje Galena is een fraaie bezienswaardigheid.'

'The beds really weren’t that comfortable and the fire alarm started going off at 8am when a kid pulled the alarm and the staff couldn’t figure out how to get it shut off right according to The front desk. The shower head leaked bad causing horrible water pressure'

'Not impressed. After I booked 2 rooms 3 months in advance, I called the hotel to request the 2 rooms be in a specific building and together on the same floor. When we got to the hotel, they had no notes of my previous conversation with the Abbey associate. Neither room was in the building I requested, nor were they near eachother. First the lady at the desk told me room requests were a first come, first serve basis. It was 2pm, so I asked if that many people checked in already that there were no...

'The location is great and parking is easy. Lobby was clean and front desk staff very friendly. There was a roped off area in front of the main entrance door and the elevator was broken. The room has been updated, but isn't the cleanest. The main hall carpet is really run down. Our toilet srst was really loose. I am thankful there is a hotel in the area, but the pricing seemed high for one night with the quality/cleanliness of the room. The breakfast is a nice bonus, but we ate out with family...

'A wonderful hotel close to the airport and interstate and within 2 miles of many restaurants. Exceptionally clean, nice pool, hot tub and fitness room. Bed was very comfortable and would have like to take the pillows home with me. Staff was very nice and check in was easy. Really nice breakfast. Coffee is fresh ground for each cup. A nice bonus. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel.'

'This hotel was ok it was clean it just really could use some updates ice machine was broke on the 1st floor so you had to go to the 3rd floor to get ice the pool was down all 4 days we were there the breakfast was basic at best and one day there was no eggs the staff was friendly and did the best with what they had.'
