'Overall enjoyed my mini staycation at Prado. I enjoyed the staff they were all very helpful. I also loved the complimentary dinner and beverage at night. It was a nice touch. The room was good, neat, clean. It was just slight paper left over in the rooms from previous guest. Was a bit of residue on toilet but I brought my own Lysol for that. So not much of a complaint, just more thorough cleaniless. Also it rained really bad the night of my stay and the front door leaked water into entry way...

'We stayed in room #119 that did not have a smoke detiector in the room. I just happen to notice the wires hanging from the ceiling capped off but to detector in the room. Not a good feeling sleeping in there overnight!'

'The room had a smell to it.Water pressure was low'

'The property is old and outdated! Took a shower paint was on the bottom of my feet! The hotel need to shutdown and charging way too much and so filthy'

'room had no remote, the stove didn't work, no microwave, there were dirty underwear in the nightstand. I brought it up to the desk, they gave me a remote, told me 2 of the burners worked, told me not every room has microwaves, and left the underwear in the hall after I put it in a garbage bag.'

'Erg schoon, keuken in kamer. Perfect voor een paar dagen verblijf. Echter zo'n 20 min rijden over drukke snelweg naar New Orleans. Zonder auto niet als uitvalbasis voor deze stad gebruiken.'

'This hotel is an absolute no go! I arrived at the hotel with my family of 15 for my college graduation. I was told by front desk staff that our five rooms were not on reservation anymore because they run off a first come first serve system regardless of us having these reservations for months prior to the day. There was no real manger onsite and the gentleman was rude and try to fight with us. There was people drinking in the lobby and more. This hotel is not nothing like the pictures horrible...
