'Very helpful staff. We were able to store our luggage after our stay until we had to depart for the airport. The view of the Tower of London, Tower Bridge, and the The Shard were particularly impressive at night. 'Very pleasant, polite, and helpful staff. Good service quality, prompt response to my requests. Clean and large rooms, excellent location. We enjoyed our stay. A minor flaw is that the sofa bed is a bit saggy.'

'We were supposed to receive check in information 24 hours in advance. When we never received it I had to contact the property 3 times before they sent the codes. The room was supposed to have a’sleeper sofa’ - what it had was a cot that took up what little space we had and meant we had no comfortable place to sit. The room was incredibly noisy with constant foot falls and racket from the room above.'

Had lots of amenities in the kitchenette and there was some basic cleaning items like washing up liquid, couple of washing capsules, kitchen towel etc and some complementary tea/coffee items. 'Really cozy room, very nice location, bathroom was clean, kitchen utilities as well. Only thing was that the stairs in the building up to the room were a little unfortunate and very narrow. That wasn’t a problem for us but it is worth mentioning.'

'The other reviews aren’t exaggerating, the rooms are quite small but nice and clean. Visited during a heatwave and they do not have ac, but they do provide a fan for the room. Very nice to have the few kitchen appliances and amenities that they did.'
