'Our 3-night stay at the property was overall ok with a few unexpected cons. The apartment was clean (except for a stained sofa) and centrally located in a safe area of the city with plenty of cafes nearby. That was the biggest plus. We didn’t receive check-in manual and property guidelines in a timely manner and the property guide manual should definitely be improved. Nowhere in the guidelines it was listed that in order to get fresh towels we need to contact the management well ahead of time...

'The property and location are great. The view of the Duomo is amazing, and the large terrace overlooking it is a real highlight. It is conveniently located beside Zara and on the 6th floor. The AC is excellent and keeps the apartment very cool, which is a big plus in the summer months. It would be helpful to have a ramp from the main entrance to the elevator as there are a few steps to navigate. This would be especially useful when carrying heavy luggage.
