'It was difficult to communicate with the owner or manager. I booked a 5 nights stay. I had a problem with the washer was approved. The cleaning staff couldn't make it work. We noticed the manager about the problem. They answered me on 4 days later. It was to late by then. We reused our old clothes and packed the rest of the dirty clothes home.'

'We really enjoyed our stay. It is perfect for a family. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Liked having the laundry facility on site however, the dryers are not too good. Place is really close to seven eleven and Lawsons. So close to Kyoto station. Overall, I would really recommend this place for people in big groups or family. '

'Compared to the 2 other places we stayed in Japan, this was the biggest, size wise. There were 2 separate bedrooms, a bathroom, a laundryroom attached to a shower room, a kitchen attached to a living room area with a small balcony, and a traditional style sitting room. I may highly consider making this home base for the next trip. The check-in process was a bit strange since there are no people staffing the building, but follow the email instructions, and its easy enough.'
