'The location of this facility was ideally close to many Seattle activities and the front yard was a beautiful mass of flowers. Unfortunately, it was not available for guests staying in the efficiency, behind the garage. Backyard was lackluster with a table and uncomfortable chairs. Efficiency is a bit larger than a standard hotel room and would have been better suited for a 1-2 night stay. A short warm shower, left the second person with a cold shower. Wardrobe can accomodate limited clothing...

'We booked this basement apartment for family members to stay in while visiting us. It was very clean and a nice place to relax in after spending the days sightseeing. We liked that it was only a few blocks from us in Maple Leaf and within walking to coffee shops or the yoga studio in the morning and a short drive to downtown and North Seattle neighborhoods. The owner was communicative, and we didn’t have any issues during the stay. Overall I would highly recommend if you’re visiting the Seattle...

'We had a wonderful stay at Mona's place! Our party was multi-aged, including an 11yr old and an elderly grandparent with mobility issues. There were plenty of beds for everyone & we enjoyed the home's calm atmosphere and lovely outdoor deck. There was more than enough parking for our three vehicles - quite a find in Seattle! This home is just 10 minutes from the University of Washington (important for us, as we were in town for UW graduation), in a friendly neighborhood full of dog-walkers....

'The house was great, quiet neighborhood. It says 2 bedrooms but bedroom on bottom floor has no door. A privacy screen across the room would have helped especially for mixed company. The barn door on the downstairs bathroom had a gap that did not provide complete privacy. We would stay again.'
