'This property was exactly as advertised. A small family owned place surrounded by nature and walking trails. The bungalow had everything we needed including picture windows looking out at the forest/gardens, a king size bed, coffee maker, small fridge, good shower, a wonderful covered patio and even a lovable dog! We saw monkeys, a couple toucans and a sloth. Breakfast was made and delivered to us each morning. Food was good and enough for two people! Location is close to nearby towns for other...

They made wonderful recommendations of what to do and booked everything for us so that we could just relax and enjoy. Very comfortable accommodations for my family of 5. Loved it!'

'The property was lovely and the host and property manager were very communicative and friendly. The area where the property is located is very near Arenal Volcano Reserve, the town of El Castillo and other adventure parks. We would stay at the Encantada Arenal if in the area again!'

'Everything outside and inside the structure is a mess; dirty, smelly, with stuff piled up everywhere. We were so "lucky" to have the best room; a room that smelled of cat's urine. The fan was broken, so the air conditioning and the main light didn't work. The pillow were smelly. Breakfast is poor, if you have the chance to have it. In fact the day we finally left, the owner didn't show up even if he was supposed to serve breakfast starting from 7:30. We were in a hurry, and we've been stuck for...
