Theaters are within easy walking distance, and there are many excellent restaurants within walking distance, a grocery store downstairs and a CTA station nearby. 'This place is located in a perfect location in the heart of Lincoln park. The place was clean and nice. We made good use of the projector for sports games. As for the nitpicking and constructive feedback, the projector needs to be aligned and the furniture seems a bit flimsy/cheap (we had some big boys in our group). Overall the place was perfect for our large group.'
