'Staff needs to be a bit more hospitable '

'Food was unavailable when on menu, subs as well. Food quality was good but lacking flavor. Spa service not available when booked. Couldn’t see the studio and no follow up from staff about seeing or using it. Beautiful and quite definitely relaxing. Close to many thing to do. '

Many restaurant options but get there early bc some restaurants get busy bc guests from the other resort eat there too. '

'Yes the ocean was visible from the room, the pool was very clean and the staff was amazing, next trip there will be a family trip.. '

'Hotel seems to be lacking staff as they were very slow or unable to respond to requests eg. we never go the towels refreshed the last day due to some shortage. The retaurants closed early and didn't have food. We were given a reservation at 9:45 pm and on arrivan were told by the staff that we should have come early.'
