The room was great, it was clean, comfortable, and roomy for 4 people. the location was perfect, we were a 5 minute walk from the louisville slugger museum and about 10 minutes from the belle of louisville. anything far driving was easy or we used the scooters to get around as well. overall we had a really great experience here and i would recommend this hotel! 'Very charming cabin and decorated authentically. We were very comfortable and also treated to an afternoon snack upon arrival as well as tasty breakfast items for each day. We enjoyed a walk down the road by the stream, but unable to canoe in the lake. Our host and hostess were very nice and friendly and very accommodating. Delightful experience. We enjoyed a visit to Bernheim Forest and rode the Bluegrass rail bike in Versailles.'
