'It was a bait and switch. The signage was a rusted and busted Budget Inn with no Rv park anywhere. They never asked for id. They wrote a door code on a piece of paper. It didn't work, they had to reset the code. There were no table, dresser ot lamps. The sheets were curtins they sewed the rod pocket shut We left, no refund was given. '

'The front staff checking in was not helpful and had a little attitude about nothing, but the staff on duty when I checked out was fabulous. The drink stations were not kept up. Coffee was out, sugar was everywhere, that area looked dirty. The gaming floor was clean and they do have plenty of games to play. I spend a lot of time at Choctaw Casinos so was really excited to try Cherokee, but from this experience, I will probably stick to Choctaw if I am wanting a weekend getaway but wouldnt mind...
