'Groud level door to accessible room was not usable! Had to use a set of 5 really steep stairs to get to my room and back to my car. Monday nite (around 11pm) there was a group of very loud men talking about d arguing in the hallway by my door.'

'This place wants you to check in with a kiosk instead of the person behind the desk. The kiosk has you doing essentially a video call with someone at another location for check in. It is time consuming and the communication is bad. Very bad experience. Breakfast options were a bowl of cereal or toast. Bare bones and not really worth coming downstairs for.'

'Old and lots of issues…you get what you pay for i guess. My stay at the Super 8 in Gardner was by far much better, cleaner and a much friendlier staff.'
