'Property was not as described in listing. The master bedroom has a king and a twin bed in it while the other room has a queen. Getting into the building was frustrating at 9:30pm when the door code you were given isn’t working and there are minimal lights outside. The rental company must outsource because the language barrier with the representative didn’t help. Also be aware that there is no AC. This apartment is on the 3rd floor and gets very warm. 'This was an awesome place to stay. It was clean and quiet. Sitting out by the river in the morning and evening was spectacular. When we come back to Colorado we will definitely stay here again!'

'We were pleasantly surprised by this clean, cutely decorated villa that had everything you would want/need including nice towels, awesome and comfy bed and sheets as well as a coffee maker and all the kitchen items necessary to cook for yourself even though easy walk to an awesome Detroit style pizza place and the Redstone Inn where you can eat and drink as well as we loved the bar area there to include absolutely awesome eating! Highly recommended!'

'This one actually has two queen sized beds! It took me a lot of time combing through nearly identical listings for units in this building. They all use many of the same photos, all say they have two beds, but most of them actually have a pullout couch or a futon as the second bed when you go through all of their photos. This one REALLY has two real adult size beds! It was great. It had everything we needed for a friends trip.'

'Instead of booking a typical hotel, I stumbled on the Ore House Inn in my search. It was the most affordable & sounded great. Although there is no onsite office that I knew of, the phone communication with the owners was responsive. Each room has its own theme. 'A prior reviewer complained about the coffee and I will also. There was a Kuerig, but no pods. There was a standard coffee maker, but no filters. There were filters for another type of coffee maker but not for the one in the unit. I bought the smallest pack of filters I could find, 200 count, and left them there for future guests. Note, some of the AV cables were unplugged, I traced them back and plugged them back in.'
