'Our room was dirty the pillow smelled bad the window wouldn’t close a lot of light would come through and there was noise all night we did not rest or sleep at all '

'We book for a week and only stayed one night. The pool was flighty and the room as in rough shape. The toilet didn’t flush, the shower head leak, no hot water, plaster falling off the ceiling on to bed, and the door seal was missing making it cold and loud because we were near a highway. The peep hole on the door was covered up. '

'Nice and clean hotel. Only downside was pull out coach was more of a glorified air Mattress. '

'We booked this specific hotel because it has an indoor pool, however, the water was freezing cold. And the next 2 days, the pool was simply out of order. The walls on the rooms are extremely thin and you can hear every step the guest next door takes, all the people that walk through the hallway talking, kids running, and at 7AM there was this banging noise like from a machine or something that went on for like 15 minutes. 'Room was dingy out date and well worn. Got a few insect bites while sleeping. Staff was slow to respond for check in and resentful when voice my report about possible spider bites in bed. The hotel does have signs they are under renovation,alsopool and jacuzzi were closed. '
