'Excellent location with plenty of room. Easy access to all the places we visited. The house seemed to have had some water damage and would be much more eye appealing if those things were repaired. The yard could use some weeding. Other than that, great location.'

'The location was very convenient to where we’d be spending our time during our stay. You could tell the place was recently mopped as we walked in. However, that was about it for the good stuff. The place is super dark with the lighting they have. It could be a ton better with better, brighter bulbs. The porch light didn’t provide lighting at all. The bedroom addition had great lighting but a very noise air conditioner; we had to keep it turned off since it kept waking us up. I have no clue what...

'The property is good with only one flaw. The owner is terrific and communicates well. The issue is the construction of the bathroom. The toilet sits almost underneath the sink, making it very difficult to use for a person over 6 foot tall. With a bit of rework in the bathroom, this will be a terrific rental. Of course, for folks under 6 feet tall, the current bathroom is likely no problem.'
