'The building from a distance looks nice and promising. Big old building in the middle of town. Then you get close and see everything peeling and falling apart. The check in and staff are very nice. They care. They try and help. However, you canthelp that everything is falling apart. One janky elevator only works. The hallways smell like cigarettes. The rooms smell moldy and dank. The sink doesn't drain. Light fixtures are hanging out of the ceiling. For the price, which was hefty, you expect...

'The room was clean and pretty. The shower/bathtub had a very slow drain. One of the staff members was willing to snake the drain for us but it did not help much. The property needs to do fix it. Mr. Marty at the front desk is so kind and helpful! He is very knowledgeable and welcoming. The continental breakfast is wonderful! Our room had a lovely table and chairs to sit at and enjoy breakfast.'

I chose the $250 refundable method and provided a credit card. You have the option to pay $50 for parking but honestly, the parking garage is a block away and it's $25 overnight. 'Breakfast was nice with it being delivered evey morning. Wish there was more of a variety for thr options or at least have an actual continental breakfast option. We did request extra pillows on our e-check in and reminded them of it when we got there. We never recieved those extra pillows. We did love that the last hour of the pool being open was adult only! The staff was nice and helpful.'
