It allowed us to relax in the evening, cook our own food and was close to all the sights and activities.The beach is an easy 5 minute walk. Any reviews that say otherwise are incorrect. 'We were in town for a baseball tournament at Sports Force park and Soul’s Anchor Cottage was perfect for our family of 5! The house is exactly as pictured, exceptionally clean and James & Rebecca provided everything we could think of & more! My kids loved all of the board/card games & coloring supplies, the park nearby and the beach area for fishing. The home was beautifully decorated & well-appointed! We loved'

'What a perfect spot for a weekend getaway with my husband!! Christine couldn’t have been more hospitable to us, the cottage was charming, clean, and comfortable! Located on a beautiful and refreshing property with private lake/beach in the back for relaxation and unwinding! Also its location is only 10 minutes from all the shops/restaurants in downtown vermillion! We are so thankful we found this place and will definitely be back!'

'Mireto’s cottage provided a wonderful respite for my family while we spent time in Lakeside. The rooms in the cottage are much larger than they appear in the photos, which was an unexpected bonus.
