'Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel. Our room had mold in the shower, dusty floors, and the vent was full of lint and debris. The hallway carpets were also noticeably dirty and looked like they needed a deep cleaning. The waterpark was the highlight - the kids had a great time! However, they seemed short-staffed, so not all of the attractions were open during our stay. Hubby and son got stuck on the raft slide luckily my 4yr old was willing to try it out...

'It’s a smaller water park. The noise from the room above us was unbearable. We reported this issue several times and I’m not sure if they ever contacted the guest above us about the noise. Lazy river was also closed during our stay ( Sat & Sun) it’s a smaller park so when something is closed it makes a difference.'

'Holly was so easy to talk to and very helpful! We had a blast tent camping and loved the property. We will definitely be back again!'
