'To start, the host was rude and acted like he didn't care about 3 groups of people checking in. He did not say hello or thank you to any of us. We checked in at 3:00pm and the rooms were not cleaned yet, so we had to wait in the lobby for about 20 minutes. After inspecting our room, there was a huge yellow stain on the sheet.
