'There was no hot water. Room was never cleaned. Never got clean towels. Wa told to take my towels to front desk in order to get clean ones. No bedding or pillows for pull out sofa. Wa told they're were no pillows. Had to go elsewhere to take showers and bathe my kids. Alfredo was very unprofessional and lied to me time and time again. Horrible staff, horrible service. After complaining and not being addressed, had to go to another hotel. Asked for a refund, called Expedia. Expedia...

'Overall a nice hotel. Had trouble getting connected to the internet. It took 5 calls to the front desk for her to give me a different network to use, which I did connect to, but it was too slow to do anything with. The room's air conditioner kept the room cool, but it was so loud when operating it interrupted sleep.'

'Clean and cozy. Host was very responsive to a small plumbing concern and considerate about getting it resolved quickly with minimal interference. Highly recommend. '
