'We had to wait 1/2 hour for someone to return to the front desk before we could check in. The sidewalk at the front was chipped, broken, and hard to roll carts/suitcases over. The entire hotel, even our room, smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. There was pet odor in the room. The carpeting in the hallways was widely stained. The mattress was sagging toward the center of the bed. The floor tiles in the bathroom were cracked and loose. Even the toilet was loose and wobbly. I have stayed at...

'The hotel has started a badly needed renovation. All was dirty, not working, not available. In steat of redoing floor by floor, they do the whole hotel at once. Evrywhere workers! They should have closed the hotel or at least inform beforehand. Instead the normal price for a very bad hotel. So we were mislead. In fact a total contempt for the guests..'

'Parking was excellent, right up close to the entrance to our wing of the complex. A really quick response for extra towels for our second night. Bath fixtures were not so great. Ceiling above the tub had visible, brown water damage. The tub filler spout was loose. The chrome towel bar had significant rust damage. The tub/toilet area was uncomfortably cramped for space for opening the door or drying off after bathing.'

'Great place to stay in western Omaha! Everything we needed was there, and then some! The host provides so many extras in the kitchen-water, pop, juice, lots of spices, and even some ready meals/soups! We had beverages to drink without having to make a trip to the store.Comfortable beds and linens, and black-out curtains in the bedrooms mage for a good night’s sleep.'
