'This may be the best VRBO experience we have ever had! Upon arrival, the view from the floor to ceiling windows was spectacular! Everything was as advertised and more, and we wanted for nothing. Our host was always prompt with her communications and told us everything we needed to think about to enhance our stay. I would definitely request to stay here again if the opportunity arises.'

'Overall, we had a great stay. The house is clean and in a great location — about halfway between Eastsound and Moran state park. We appreciated the fenced backyard for our dogs. Only negative was that there isn’t a ton of seating in the living room (one couch and a few papasan chairs that were low to the ground), which might be something to consider if you’re coming with more than 2 adults (kids probably wouldn’t mind the papasan chairs as much).'

'This is just what my sister and I were looking for. It was quiet, clean and peaceful. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and enjoying beauty of the outdoors. There are a few items that could be updated inside or repaired but it didn’t distract from our stay. The kitchen didn’t have any bowls to make a salad.'

'What a great getaway house! It is well-appointed, and the kitchen has everything we need. It was great to be able to charge our vehicle at the house. The beach was amazing for long walks, and terrific mountain biking was close by. The house is exactly as presented in the VRBO description, and the owner was easily accessible. We will be back.'

'Whidbey is a wonderful island. Enjoyed our visit with relatives in nearby Greenbank and appreciated the fenced yard for our dog. Easy drive as highway is close but quiet and peaceful in the house except when jets are flying! Husband enjoyed seeing the F 18’s land and take off. House had everything necessary for a comfortable stay.'

'Check in was easy and Avant Stay was in contact with me if I needed anything. The views from the house were great, lots of wondows. It is very close to the beach. It was a nice place to stay and visit family.'

'We loved the inside of the house. Perfect for our getaway. As a Navy vet myself we absolutely loved the Navy fighter jets flying over. Watched them all evening. The Naval Air station is also a beautiful base. Close to ferry to go to Port Townsend. Cute downtown Coupville with the history of Practical Magic being filmed there. We also loved Port Townsend! Don’t forget to check that town out. So much to see and do around here that you could easily stay for a week or two or more!!!! Coming back to...

'The house is well maintained and very comfortable. Spotless clean! The view is magnificent! Stairway to beach, which is all rock and driftwood and found many pieces of seaglass. Great location for visiting the tulip fields. Very safe area.'

'The house is on the smaller side as far as the living area. But very cozy and was fine for the two of us! I went with my mom we were visiting her brother who lives down the street. We really loved this home! I can’t think of anything to complain about! The door lock was confusing, it didn’t always work so I used the key from the key box. Other than that it was great!'

'Great views from the picture windows and porch of our waterfront cabin. The included bundle of firewood was a plus. The only negative was not being able to use the hot tub right upon opening time at 9:30 am which cut enjoyment of that feature down a lot. My boyfriend is a huge hot tub lover and we had to hurry to check out by 11:00am. The beds, linens and pillows were all really nice! Overall the property is just what it reports and I would likely book here again. '
